Our Philosophy
There are many influences to anyone's current philosphy, we could list Abraham Lincoln, Aaron Feuerstein, Robert Semler, and Jim Henson. Influences are typically not equal in their effect, but each is a vital part to the whole picture. The general themes we share are freedom, compassion, empowerment, and commitment. These are all critical to successful relationships, identifying opportunities, and realizing success.
Seasons change, people change, organizations change. Rather than a mission statement (we are not really on a mission) we have an evolving list of principles and values:
- To be a dependable and reliable company
- Value honesty and transparency over and above all temporary interests
- Offer products and services at fair prices which are recognized by customers as the best in the market
- Place safety and responsibility before profits
- Encourage freedom, creativity, and healthy dissent
- Understand that we can always improve
- Innovation is change and change is evolutionary
- Never fail to serve the customer well
